Romain Cole, Photographe, recherche un fond d'un bleu vibrant, pour réaliser une série de portraits lors du Festival de Cannes.
a.guery réalise un fond en coton épais de trois mètres par six. La masse de matière dans la cuve de teinture crée une répartition aléatoire de la couleur et crée un rendu marbré.
Le fond donne ensuite lieu a une série de Natures Mortes, où l'objet même finit par disparaître pour ne laisser à voir que le fond.
Romain Cole, Photographer, is looking for a vibrant blue background for a serie of Portraits at the Cannes Festival.
a.guery creates a thick cotton background, three meters wide and six meters long. The huge amount of textile in the dyeing vat lead to a random circulation of color and brings a marble effect.
The background then inspires a serie of Still Lives, where the object eventually disappear, letting the background take the starring role.
